There is no obligation.  Once you have filled out your application, we will schedule 
a phone interview to get to know each client personally to get to know you and find out more 
about the people you want to meet.  All information is completely confidential.

Each person attends events sponsored by Table for Eight, LLC at his/her own risk, and Table for Eight, LLC shall not be liable for any loss or injury sustained, either directly or indirectly, by any such person. In consideration of the privilege of attending events sponsored by Table for Eight, LLC, patrons waive any and all claims they or their heirs may have against Table for Eight, LLC, it's owners, Managers, and employees. Furthermore, Table for Eight, LLC reserves the right to decline to schedule any individual for any future dinners or other events sponsored by Table for Eight, LLC for any reason, whatsoever, upon the refund of any unused dinner fees paid by such individual to Table for Eight, LLC.

Table for Eight requires a copy of a valid drivers license or passport and a recent photo.   In  order to complete the processing of all memberships, applicants agree to provide these items.
